Intervention during the exhibition ‘APERTUS 01: The ass
between two chairs’; Gallery Àngels Barcelona, Barcelona.
During the course of the workshop ‘APERTUS 01: The ass
between two chairs’ I have worked disrupting the common
space perception by gambling with conjecture, truth and the unnoticed with the project
A common view. For the
show of the resulting works, I present another site-specific
intervention, Desplaçar 5 cm: along the time the exhibition is
open, I am moving all the artworks showed in the room five
centimeters towards the gallery entrance. Day by day, and
one by one, at the end of the exhibition every artwork are
displaced five centimeters to the door. The traces of pencil
line and the holes in the wall, done during the exhibition
set-up, make visible this intervention.
